Partnering with ohio’s central state university , a regionally accredited, public university, afscme members, active retirees and their eligible family members can now complete an online bachelor’s degree at a greatly reduced rate. Afscme members and their families can earn free bachelor’s degrees from central state university in teacher education, business administration and, now, criminal justice. While it is free for now, the online bachelor’s degree completion program usually costs a fraction of regular college tuition.
