My guess is if you make the fence the full 8' tall and scale the supports up the feet would end up much too long to be practical.
Easier to push into the ground compared to traditional treadin posts. Anybody here have experience with loadings associated with free standing fencing? If you are concerned about someone else’s wall, contact the local council. Aligns the top edge of the upper gate stringer with the mark you made on each post.
