On trader joe’s gluten free bread. It’s one of the things i really like about my local trader joe’s is that i can mostly count on a decent loaf at a good price. It tasted good the first meal but eventually dried out faster. Probably because of the high amount of rice flour, they can’t make these like traditional wheat bagels where you briefly boil them before you bake them.
